  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 1 sweet onion, rough chopped
  • ane tsp garlic (ii Cloves)
  • one Can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tin can corn, drained
  • i can Rotel, mild
  • ane cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • ane Packet taco seasoning
  • two cups, shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. First dice the onion and green pepper and mince the garlic. Add to a large skillet and sauté for 4-v minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
  2. Adjacent, add the ground beef to the vegetables and cook until washed, about 8 minutes. Drain off extra grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add in Rotel, drained corn, and drained black beans. Stir fully.
  5. Add one loving cup of Infinitesimal Rice and stir. Slowly add the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Identify the lid on the skillet and allow to cook until rice is tender, about 12 minutes.
  7. After rice is tender, stir in 2 cups of cheese, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve!
